I googled a document on sustainable fisheries and a hit showed it available. I clicked on that and ended up at Allpdfdocs.com which prompted me for info including a creditcard number. Being under pressure to get the reference, and against my better judgement I went forward with the request. The download never happened and furthermore the amount of 62.86 which posted on my online statement should have been 24.00. So they fraudulently increased the payment and I never got the download. This is fraud.
