Having submitted an online order for Green Coffee, I received an international phone call over a very static and broken line. It seems in the course of the phone conversation, I was signed up to this website. I emailed to find out more about it, and discovered they were taking $40USD per month off my credit card. They told me I could have a free gift each month and a $100 voucher. I thought I would redeem these and then cancel since I had already been charged for one month. I then discovered I had to wait another month to get the "free" gift (so $80USD later). I tried redeeming it as well as the gift card. I paid another $12 in postage. Nearly 4 weeks later, I was still waiting. I emailed asking for a call back which is promised within hours, or 24 hours maximum. Another 6 days later, I had still heard nothing so sent another message requesting a call back. Two days later I tried calling again within the hours stated on the website, only to find a message saying they were closed. I emailed again asking for a call back and am still waiting. Eventually, 2/3 of the order turned up - no explanation as to what has happened to the rest. I should also say that I have found that, despite following the instructions to the letter, the products I purchased don't work. Very frustrated with this company. It's just one big scam. Very unsatisfied. Don't sign up with them!
