I have the sme sad stoty as all of the other complaints about this total scumbag - I researched the various on line reviews and found nothing but high praise for the service, pricing, etc. I submitted the Amazon gift card (as required)and was notified my item was shipped. I then tried to get tracking information only to discover the website had disappeared, along with my money. I would continue this narrative, but I fear I will run out of adjectives I can use on this site. I would advise against doing business with this "company" but you can no longer do business with them, as they no longer exist.
