Like all the other complaints, I received my trial supply, called on the 14th to cancel, received cancellation notice by email. Was told would not charge for any other products. Then called my cc company. Filed a complaint. Have waited the time and now they say that they are closing my complaint because RVTL says I got my product and they have no record of it being returned. I don't believe it says anywhere that you have to return the original jar within the 14 days to avoid being charged the full amount! Sad lesson learned!
