THIS COMPANY MISREPRESENTED ITSELF TO ME AS MICROSOFT. THEY TOLD ME I HAD NOT UPDATED MY COMPUTER AS I SHOULD HAVE AND THEY WOULD HELP ME WITH IT. SINCE I WAS EXPERENCING ISSUES WITH MY COMPUTER THEY WERE VERY CONVINCING.I FOOLISHLY GAVE THEM MY CHECKING AND ROUTING NUMBER. THEY DID NOTHING EXCEPT CORRUPT MY COMPUTER . THEY TRIED TO PUT THE ROUTING NUMBER THROUGH ON A CHECK FOR $249.00. I AM AFRAID THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DO THIS SINCE THEY HAVE MY BANKING INFORMATION. AS A RESULT I HAVE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND NOTIFY ALL THE DIRECT DEPOSITS AND AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS THAT I HAVE. THIS HAS CAUSED A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR ME
REFUND AND A WRITTEN EXPLANATION. I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE MANY SIMILIAR COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY. I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN A LETTER TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MN HOPING TO SPREAD THE WORD OTHERS DON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS UNNECESSARY TROUBLE.REFUND REFUND REFUNF
