SCAM SCAM SCAM ... I ordered the on-line trial offer of RVTL for $4.95 in either late June or early July. That's ok as it was only $4.95, or so I thought; it was totally not clear that if I kept the trial bottle, I would be charged the full price of $99.95 for that bottle. I was out of town for 3 weeks during which time (mid-July 2013) they sent me another bottle & charged me another $99.95. Upon my return home & finding the package, I called RVTL to see about returning it, as I have not opened that package at all. They informed me that when I "kept" the trial bottle, they then charged me the full price, plus full price for the second bottle they sent while I was gone. Additionally, altho' I have cancelled this product, they told me 2 more shipments were in the system to be sent at $99.95 EACH ~ & that sending 2 at a time was a "technical" error on THEIR part, so they would refund $99.95 on the one that was a "technical" error (neither of which I have even received yet), & a partial refund on the other bottle, saying there was a restocking fee when I return these last 2. These last 2 bottles haven't even been shipped yet, so why a restocking fee of $30 ! In total they have charged my account $400, & are only willing to refund $163 for the 2 bottles I haven't received yet. To even get the $163 back (out of $400 charged), I have to call them when I receive the 2 bottles (sent in error) & get an RMA #, return them, & pay them the restocking fee. They say they will then give me a refund of only $163 (out of $400 charged). These people should be taken to court for their misrepresentation, but I am a senior citizen on limited income & I can't afford to do that.
