Following a "free" sample for which I paid postage only, I received a bill for the whole thing -£94 +. I cut my losses and paid this thinking that was the end of the matter. Three months later I received out of the blue, a further kit with no return address. I contacted my bank and advised them not to pay aer looking at any requested card payment for this. However looking at my bank statement this morning I find a deduction for £64.65 payable to Xile Consulting. This is the same company, using a different name and deducting a different amount. I have taken this up with my bank to ensure no further payments will be taken under this name but do not know whether they will use another.
