While in Montreal Canada I used a phone booth and swiped my card through thinking I would be charged a few dollars at most (I was desperate I had missed my connecting flight) and I had to inform my mother that I would be late in coming home so I was already having a horrible day (after an 9 hour flight) I was on the telephone for about a MINUTE since my mom hadn’t answered so I was surprised when I checked my card balance that I had been deducted 13.53 PLUS the international charge. There was no indication that there would be this type of ridiculous charge and I am a student so I hardly have any money as it is so 13.53 is a lot to me I would like some reparation to this absurd charge since there should be something that says it.
