I ordered the 14-day trial and without letting me know, they enrolled me in the subscription program (the order button for the 14-day trial doesn't state "Subscription" while the next button does state "No Subscription" - this is obviously done to trap unsuspecting people).

Then we went on a trip to California and had to return due to medical reasons. We haven't had a chance to even open the 14-day trial bottle and since 18-days were over, they sent us another 30-day supply for almost $50. I told them to cancel and I will return the 30-day supply and they should give me full refund, but no, they couldn't do that. I implored them on humanitarian grounds but no, they couldn't do that too. When someone is busy in Emergency department taking care of loved ones or afterwards, they don't care.

I would never buy from a heart-less company like this again and would suggest the same for all others who care about the kind of companies they deal with. I will also file a complaint against them with Mass Attorney General.
