I signed up for a sample if I paid for shipping...originally at beginning of August...apparently, I had 2 weeks to cancel subscription/product starting from the date of order...it certainly is impossible to rate or use a product if you haven't received it till August 14 th...when I looked at my credit card statement, I was charged over 100.00US for a product I haven't even sampled...I called and asked for a return address or RMA, and was told by the rep, I was cancelled for future orders but I was responsible for the sample I received which costs over $100.00...the so called sample was a full order product, and that wasn't clear in the offer...it's in the fine print on another page...shameful practice...
