Shawna Atkins called on May 24,2013 & said an employee agreed to this charge & played a recording where he said yes & no to some questions & I gave her my credit card #.after threats of being sued. The next day I called her back & told he I was not responsible for this bill, but got no where. I disputed it on credit card but lost so now I have to pay for services I never agreed to I believe the tape was doctored. EBS is the credit card processor for SEM Pundits Inc. in Los Vegas,Nevada
