I purchased these 2 products (Pure Cleanse & Nuvoryn) after seeing the advertisement on the Straits Times online version. I made the purchase on 6 Aug and it seems my credit card was immediately deducted and the transaction approved and went through. The credit card company is unable to do anything besides cancel the card I used and replace it to prevent further charges since this fraudulent company already has my details.

Per the website and order email, shipments are supposed to be shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 4 days. I received an email the next day that one of the products shipped (hence thought the site legitimate) but after 2 weeks, nothing has arrived. Numerous emails asking about the other product and checking on the status of the shipment, to the email address given (in the email claiming one of the products had shipped) have not been responded to. There is no phone number to call either.

It would be great if the money could be refunded somehow. I see many other consumers in the same boat and am surprised that this company is still up and running with their ads appearing in reputable places (magazines, newspapers). It's obviously a very well run scam.

The product arrived! I'm not sure if it just took longer than normal or if they actually shipped it after seeing all the complaints. The only problem is 1 bottle is missing which I will provide feedback.

I have not received any update on refund or replacement for the missing bottle. I only got the same automated response.

Update: 09/04/2013

Since sending numerous emails asking for a refund on the missing bottle of Nuvoryn, I've only gotten automated email responses back with no confirmation on a refund nor replacement...

Update: 10/16/2013

After numerous emails, I never got a refund for the missing bottle nor any response on a replacement. I have since given up pursuing the matter further.
