I received a call from a gentleman who said his name was Michael Oryan from orion processing solution. He stated he was calling because he has a summons for me from a company call Loan Point USA. I told him I do not know who they are and he verified my address from 10 years ago in Nebraska along with my current address, social and work information. He told me that I owe the company over $1900 and after the court case in my state I would owe even more money. I told him my situation and that I do not know of the company he's talking of and that I left that address 10 years ago and the sac federal credit account he has, has been closed since back in 2004 when my ex husband and I left Nebraska. He then went on to tell me he will call the company to see if I can get my payment lowered and that he would call me back. 15 mins later he called back and said the company said they would take $500 with a down payment of $150 due on 8/22/2013.

I am extremely pissed because just how I can work hard for the little money I am making to feed my children and pay my bills that are way behind they can do the same. I would like this matter taken care of very urgently. I have called the company he stated he worked for they never heard of him. They too gave him a call and he told them that his name was Michael Harris and work for a company call north point collection which is far from what he told me. The number he called me from is a new York number 716-402-1401.
