Read ad on mobile app and received the product without any details on return or costs to be charged or monthly charged. I called on the 16th day after seeing credit card charge of $85.00 was told I should have read the terms and conditions to return after 14 days, all of this should have been re-iterated on the packing slip. I had to go through s few people to be told I could get 1/2 refund. Not upfront company or no customer satisfaction. They were not straightforward. They had to strong of a foreign accent could not understand.
