i placed a winning bid for a 14kt. gold rolex and won, when i went to pay for it i was told that it would take a day or so for the shipment i waited til today Oct. 14th and was told that it had been reauctioned and sold to someone else it was no longer in there possesion...just yesterday i sent e-mails to them getting no response to my requesting the tracking number... I then noticed in my mail box an invitation from them to bid and a discount coupon... when i went to the site i noticed a watch that looked just like the one i had just paid for so i asked about it and they emailed me confirming that it was the same watch and had been listed by mistake that it would be passed on and that it would be pulled and that they were going to clean it up for me and ship it to me i then requested they send it over night delivery but today they tell me that they in fact sold it... i requested a replacement 14kt. gold rolex and i even feel that they should also refund the money that they took as well... the person i was in contact with called himself Paul... any suggestions...?
