I recieved a text message stating that my mobile number was selected as being a winner of 2,500,000.00 and to email a Micheal Phillips,i then recieved a letter and a certficate with a seal instructing me to email a Mr Ron Webb, i then recieved a call ten minutes later from a man that had a African accent saying he had just sent an email in reply and asked if i was aware of the charge of the delivery, i stated to him i new their had to be a catch...said i would read the email and hung up...he didn't sound like an official excited to be speaking to a potential millionaire, and sounded unsure of himself...please tell me these people are scammers, my complaint sounds identical to one of the other complaints i have read with the exact same certificate..
