they rang my partern and said they were able to give him a loan as we were looking for one so said he need to pay his first payment at a western union then the money would be in his bank with in an hour. have been to bank this morning and it is still not in. they then rang back and said they need another 450 to release the loan. which we have refused to pay as we think this is a scam.
