I qualified for a free 'gift' from RVTL for answering 3 customer services questions about my bank while I was on my internet banking. Somehow they got all of my details and charged me every few days different amounts hoping I wouldnt notice I presume?! I received one pot of moisturiser with no company name, address, details etc. I cancelled with my bank immediately but there is not a lot they can do as we are not 100% sure where or who the product is from. Yes I too have been scammed!
