I fell for the 'free' trial advertisement that I got from an email. It says to pay the $4.95 for shipping. The estimated arrival of my order was supposed to be Aug 1st, 2013. My card was charged another $74.00 on Aug. 5th. I called on Aug. 7th and a woman named Kathy said that my order was held by customs and that it should be arriving any day now. That once I got my package in I could call and get an RMA which is a number that I use to re turn it for the full refund. I continued to wait for my order but called again a week later on Aug. 14th and spoke to a man that said my order was at the post office that was in my city and that I should get it in a day or two. I called the post office to see if my package was indeed there and they said that all the packages that were there had been sent on the last truck out and they had not yet scanned in the packages that had arrived by noon (which was before I spoke to the rep from LiftVapor). Today makes a week since I've last spoke to a rep from LiftVapor and I feel that it's pointless to continue calling because it's just a scam. I don't know what to do know...
