I ordered from the website and my order still says processing. I tried to call but the number keeps ringing then disconnects. I finally got someone on the live chat, and they said they didn't know why my order was not processed and that they would get back to me in 24 hours. After 24 hours I contacted them via live chat to ask about my order. They said my order was out of stock and it would be another week until I got my items.
