On or about 26 Apr 2013 (date posted to my CC) I ordered 4 20 inch chrome wheels and tires. I was dealing with suposedly, the General Manager, named Luis. He called me back and advised that the wheels I ordered were not available but he has a set that I would probably like better, from that I agreed. The wheels and tires were supposed to be delivered within 10 to 13 days...I received them much later in May. Luis said the wheels and tires had to be sent to Connecticut, which accepted the reason. The wheels and tires arrived at the end of May...my CC was charged $1699, the agreed price; however when they arrived, there were no lug nuts nor the locking key or device that holds the center cap over the lug nuts. I called Luis, and he sent a set of lug nuts; however, there were not the right size (too small). Again, I called and another set of lug nuts were sent; once again they were too small and no locking key. This was about the first part of June. From that time until yesterday, I called Luis numerus times and he assured me he would sent the lug nuts via the USPS. He said he would call me back and give me the tracking number, which he never did and I never received any lug nuts nor locking key. On a weekly basis I called but never recived the lug nuts. After five or six weeks, I disputed the charge on the basis of not receiving all of the parts. So now Luis expects me to go out and locate lug nuts on my own. That wasn't part of the deal...so here I am with 4 chrome wheels that I can't use. I tired to get Luis to me a return slip in order to send the wheels back...he now says the the company changed owners and that they could do anything about anything sold prior to August 1st. So now the bottom line is I have a set of wheels that I can't and won't use. After the initial order date, Luis lied about sending the correct lug nuts. Now I'm stuck in the middle, the wheels and tires are technically their's, since I haven't paid for them yet (due to the disputed charge with the cc company). Luis at Ready Tires doesn't want to deal with me. I've never been so frustrated over a purchase in my life. These people are something else. I probably could go on and on with the lies that Luis told me but I won't. Any suggestions? I would like to get this resolved.
