i ordered a trial sample of this company now they have without permission took the amount above of me i have informed the credit card people of this but they said to return all products back to them and ask for a full refund of what they have taken without permission as i did not agree at any point to do this action last product was sent out on 25/07/13 i returned from hols to face this disaster not happy at all could you help me please thanks n.parker
