I am owed a credit by this company, I had to retain lawyers assistance just to get their attention. This company shuffles its customers around from representative to representative and there is no follow-through when it comes comes to billing.
Last communication was Tuesday, and I still have to wait until Friday to get "directors approval" of what deal that has already been established.
All business owners, beware of this company, they will try everything in their power to keep you as a customer when you try to cancel. They will also try everything in their power to not refund you what had already been promised.
