My mother is 90yrs old and saw an add on the Internet for a trial offer for Equinex Day & Night Serum. Along with that offer, another product, RVTL, an anti aging cream was also offered. In my mothers aging error, she did not notice the small print stating that the free shipping only applied for the 14 day offer and if she was happy and did nothing, she would be billed a discounted cost of $99.00. That charge came on her VISA card and she realizes she was responsible for that charge as she did try the products.
The company then sent more product on 07/21-07/22 which she didn't accept and had the post office return. She was billed for those products as well as well as shipping, $90.00 +$12.97. The company did credit her account for $79.00 on 07/19. The next item on the bill gave the date of 07/21 shipping bill of $12.97 and the date 07/22, $90.00 for product Optumrx (Or Company)#800-788-4863. The bill from June stated charges 06/25 for Oxifreshfruit Exfoliat 18554417915 $93.00.06/25 SDL*Envisageskin 877-5992656 UT $99.00. 07/11 SDL*Envisageskin 877-5992656 UT. $105.95.
All these billings have been very confusing to her as she has only kept the original products offered on original order, one box of Equinex Day & Night Serum and one box of RVTL Anti Aging Cream. Customer #682820. Cancellation #261223 on07/26
