The site leads you to believe that you are renewing your license. It asks for a lot of personal information and credit card information, then sends you an email with the free informational pdfs from the dmv. Why is this site the first option on the search engines? It's a ripoff and I don't even understand why websites like this exist. I asked my bank and the website to stop payment.
