$450.00 loan origination fee solicited by a foreign accented individual via a PaY Pa address: <[email protected]> registered to an individual named: RANDI OBERMAN and paid 10/13/2011 to his account by Pay Pal - on a loan offered supposedly by Prestige Finance Servicing, Ltd. with copy of contract, all my photo IDs and a special Regions bank account incl. routing & account numbers.
A second demand for an added $650.00 was received 10/15/2011 and was incorporated into the contract which I amended. initialed & signed and have copies of. The same Pay Pal address was requested despite the contract specifying another one whic drew my suspicion that this was a scam. The loan sums were either $10,000.00 or $4,000.00 if the greater amount was not approved.
Several calls from an unregistered cell-phone number transpired. furthering my suspicions.
