This company is extremely unethical and fraudulent, cant believe they are still trading!
I have called the company 3 times from Australia in the last 30 hours. Each call centre operator has not been able to give me a suitable resolution so each time I have asked to speak with a Manager and they say there are no Managers in the office and the last person I spoke to - Ron (employee no 114 apparently) said the manager is in a closed door meeting for 3 hours! The first lady said a Manager would call me back within 24 hours yet no phone call? The next 2 times I called, both said there was no record of me calling - it seems this is done deliberately so that you don't have to refund eventually given there is no record?

When I initially placed the order on line a few weeks ago, I had to keep unticking items that it automatically included (which seems very shady and unethical however clearly deliberate) and then I didn't get a confirmation of products ordered (which I always receive for all other orders I place on line, so you can't even check what was processed). Also the website kept coming up with error messages and it wouldn't accept my first credit card, then it said I couldn't use my credit card a 2nd time so had to use another, even though I hadn't placed the order at this point.

I ordered the trial for the eyes only - 'instant face lift', which is on a free trial basis and I ended up with 3 packages which included products that I didn't order for the face.

In speaking with Ron, they have apparently debited 2 of my credit cards with US$147 already, even though I only received the products 2 days ago and I only wanted 1 product? Once again, very unethical behaviour!

I have tried calling them back as no manager has called me back and they pretended they couldnt hear me the first 2 times, now they just cut me off soon as it comes off hold before they answer - seems they save your phone number and band numbers from calling!

Someone needs to stop this company now and shut them down.
