The website name and layout is misleading. I was mistaken, thinking it was the official USPS Website. I called to cancel the charge on credit card and was told it was too late. The fee was not clear enough stated. I knew there was a $1.00 fee for changing an address online through the USPS. Thinking it was the right website, I didn't notice the price wasn't mentioned.
