Unauthorised charge of Sgd99 to my account after a purchase. nothing was mentioned when I purchased a product from them. only when i received the voucher, then it stated that I have a trial period of 7 days, after which 99 bucks will be deducted from my account. I saw this email 8 days after it was sent. They are not supposed to credit charges that are not authorized by us. Unacceptable...
