I was trying to change my address through the USPS and this link came up. I did the change and got the $1.00 receipt then it showed up on my bank pending transactions as $19.95. I did 2 for the people in my household. I then called to cancel this transaction. "Sally" was rude, and hung up on me and told me she didn't like repeating herself and that I could not cancel this and I could not get my money back. This is a scam. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor and told me it was my problem that I clicked their link even though it came up with the USPS address change information. I told her it was my legal right to cancel it and she still refused.
