I really wish everyone was lucky to find this complaint post before you are scammed like me. He often posts on Kijiji and UsedToronto.com for selling puppies. Buyers BE AWARE. This guy claims to be in Halifax, but he used 647-793-1456 as his phone number which clearly shows that he is in TO. He will ask you to pay for delivery fee only, and he will emphasize the fact that he is sending his puppies (Max and Suzy)because his wife died and can no longer take care of them. He will direct you to the delivery company which then you will get tons of BS emails with fake documents. I have sent warnings to kijiji and usedtoronto to kick this user out, but I thought I should report this on scambook as well for the sake of everyone. He will first ask you to send money to the delivery company's account through Western Union. DO NOT SEND MONEY. NEVER. The best way to buy puppies is 'meet in person' and you have to understand nothing is free. You will not only lose your money but also your heart will be broken from all your hope and desire to meet a new baby.
I now have a beautiful shorkie puppy with me. You have to be extra careful when it comes to pet adoption.
