I signed up for a sample supply of Pure Saffron Slim, and then they started sending monthly refills (at $48.00/month).
Their refills had no contact information, so I had to go to my bank statement to find their number, and when I called it, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and I finally gave up and called my bank to refuse any future charges from them.
Update: 08/27/2013
My first phone call to customer service I was on hold for over 15 minutes and I hung up. A second call I had to wait 13 minutes before they answered, but I was able to finally cancel my recurring order.
