I was contacted by a Sam Watts from US Federal Goverment Grant Dept. Indicated that i was chosen to receive a 9,000 grant for being a good citizen. then they transfer me to Cindy Spencer the account manager and she informed me that i would need to submit 250.00 by Western Union and then i would recieve my 9,000.
Update: 08/27/2013
I have tried to call the Account Manager 5 times now because they have my checking information and she keeps hanging up on me. she is very rude.
