Several hours on the phone with them in which they purported to e-mail me the terms and conditions were to no avail. They kept sending me files which turned out to be logs of our telephone conversations. I asked for a .pdf file or a snail-mailed copy, but the requests was ignored. I granted them access to my computer, paid $419.99 and got nothing.
