I signed up for the 7 day trial offer. Once I tried to log in to cancel my account my pass word no longer worked. I requested a password reset 3 times with no response. I sent them 3 additional emails with no response. I think this is their scam to keep people's credit card info so they can charge them for services. I am now sitting on hold trying to get through to their #800. I want my account CANCELLED.
