I used VitalChek with was link to the site by the New York City Office of Vital Records. They charge my credit card and NYC office stated that they mail it to my address that was entered online. Let me just say I have yet or nor will I probably received my birth certificate. I am out 38.00 dollars. I need to be much smarter than this.
