We did three change of addresses on what we thought was the USPS website for change of address. This morning I checked my bank account and found three charges for $39.95 for this service. I have contacted my bank this morning to claim fraud against this company. They have no telephone number to call - just a contact box to fillout and hope that they return your call/email. I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and my bank. This is a scam.
Update: 08/29/2013
We went to the website for MovingConcierge.biz and completed the contact information. We received an email notification that the email was not correct and could not be delivered. Now I do figure that this is fraud.
Update: 09/15/2013
Our bank reversed the charges and we have no interest or contact this this. We have received our money bank from bank. Thank you.
