All i wanted to do was reformat my computer with a windows product key. After going to a Microsoft website it referred me to omni-tech. After chatting with them online they would not help me with reformating my computer but said that they could fix my slow/freezing computers problems. after running a scan they found a ton of problems with my computer. they talked me into paying their fee. after paying the fee they worked on my computer for 6 hours. Watching my computer it looked like they were just going through all my files not really doing anything. then my computer froze and when i shut it off and turned it back on it will not boot up. It seems like my whole windows operating system just blew up.

  • This customer was refunded promptly as requested. The customer’s computer was not booting as the remote connection was disconnected while our technician was troubleshooting on his computer. We could not complete the troubleshooting steps. Later, the customer didn’t allow us to work on the issue and asked for refund. We refunded his full amount and sent a refund confirmation mail with the refund transaction details.

    Initially, the customer contacted us on August 30, 2013 saying that he would like to reformat his computer, as his computer was working slowly.

    Our technician took remote access and checked the issue. Then we offered the current issue fix, 6 months unlimited support plus FULL version of Advanced System optimizer and 5GB cloud back up at $249.99. We are fee based online technical support organization and the issue resolution cost varies on the complexity of the issue.

    Then, we ran a PC health check up as to make sure that there would be no negative impact before or after we work on the computer following basic or advanced troubleshooting steps. The program clearly showed that the customer’s computer was infected and had system errors. We cannot fake these results, nor would we.

    The customer paid $49.99 initially and agreed to pay remaining $200 in two installments. Then our technician worked on the issue and fixed the issue. The customer checked and confirmed the issue resolution.

    Then our technician started optimizing the customer’s computer to boost the computer performance. While working on the computer, the remote connection was lost due to fluctuation in his internet connectivity. As it was late night, we did not call the customer.
