My Name is Elena Suchilina, my Order Number: 3296043 Invoice Number: 1970086131 Date: 08-17-2013.I have odered from heathBuy and i supposed to receive my delivery long time ago as I have ordered on 17th of August,and have paid for rush delivery and InsureShip as well, so far i haven`t got my delivery, I'm absolutely disappointed with the service.Plys they i can not contact customer service via email, the tacking number (Track Code: #5880336)they gave me i get only this from DHL, when i log to check:
"We wish to inform you that a number of packages may experience delayed or missing tracking information. Continue to check this tracking page for the latest update. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this may cause".
