With out my authorization they have collect from my credit card for 11 months for services I have never contracted or need. They refunded 8 months and gave me $ 100.00 bonus in a gift card who turns out to be coupons for 5 and 10 dlls. in restaurants or store that we do not have around the Valley. Which turn into 10 to 20 trips to far away businesses away from my location. I did accept service for a year providing 100 dlls gift card and a refund for 8 months, but turned to be coupons rather than a gift card. When trying to cancel the services paid in advance ( one year for 59.99) they say they can not refund and they only offered me 9.99 . Turns out they keep about 50 dlls from my credit card who they accessed WITH OUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Thank you Ernesto Cabrera
