Ordered microsoft word 2007 and was told I would receive download and product key within 24 hrs..........never received anything as of today 7/4/2011......But they did charge my credit card and it is showing some strange company on my credit card statement....here is what it is showing: ZIXIUYI BOOTESMAM AG SHENZHEN CN.....This placeis in China? I thought I was ordering from Microsoft Corp.......My order confirmation says credit card statement will show payment to: netbizpay.com.......I am just plain disgusted that I have been ripped off. Maybe I will get lucky and my order is just running late because of the Holiday weekend.

I finally received my download and product key after numerous emails.
