I won a travel package on a Spanish-speaking radio station. On the radio it said that my meals, drinks was going to be included. Over the phone they also reassured me that it was going to be all inclusive and that I only needed to pay for taxes. They said that they were a big company that was backed up by different networks and companies such as Univision. They told me that they were going to send me a package on the mail that I never received. I called them and they told that they were going to send another one but I also did not get it. Then I talked to them on the phone they told me that meals and drinks were not included. Every single time I called they told me a different story. They were really rude when I asked them for a refund. They also told me that I could book my trip until January 2014. I have always been hesitant to book a trip because they could send me to a trashy place and charge me for every little thing. They sent me an email that my package was expiring soon and that I needed to pay extra to extend it. I'm so frustrated with them because they have given me inconsistent information and are rude when I call. If it's a big company why wouldn't they give me back my money. It's a small amount for them but for me it's a huge amount. I regret the day that I agree to pay for the taxes or whatever I paid for. The radio station, Pulsar 107.3, should be held accountable for using a company that scams people.
