They took a payment from us. They promised to return the unused remaining amount which they did not and claim that there is no amount pending. When we checked our bank records and did the math it shows us that they owe us. We have the bank statement as well as the dates and the amounts that was used by us.

- The 8200 was paid after lot of trouble and paperwork which i feel was not necessary as it was a business deal, The money was just supposed to be returned back,. During a review we found out that there is a due of $6000 which they deny, I have all the paperwork, bank statements, emails saying the remaining money would b returned. We are taking this to court as the comay that paid the money is in Debt reconstruction and we are going to collect all the money that is due back to us. even if it is a small amount. An amount where we will still make something after the lawyer fees etc. Ii will upload the emails, bank statements and the other documents we have on here. I also do have a voice recording from one of the previous employees saying that the $ 6000 + is pending from them.

- The director Mr Darren is behaving very Rude when it comes to returning the money. The total amount paid to them was $51000 out of which $8200 was returned, $ 6000 has to be paid back and the rest was used there.Mr Darren even hung up the phone when a call was made to talk to him about the matter ( I will upload the telephone bill as well as soon as get it, marking out all the other numbers). The rudeness when is comes back to returning the money which was paid my us astonishes me.

- It took them a total of more than a month and a half to return the money which was supped to be returned to us immediately. I am also going to create another complaint a this complaint is for the $8200, i also do plan to do the same thing with other websites where scams have taken place including Facebook, blogger etc.
