I ordered speedy pc pro because it kept popping up to check my comp there were performance issues with my comp. I ran the scan it said to fix then it said I had too many issues to fix that I had to fix for free I had to buy it. So I bought it ran it nothing changed . But my comp started to be sluggish and shutting down on me .then I was on comp off line printing pictures out and my comp shut down on me and I could never get it back up. Took it to a comp place he said the speedy pc pro was a scam and just did more damage to comp it was cheaper to just get new laptop than fix it . So I threw it away and now I've been out of a laptop for a year now . And just rec a paymeent on credit card that speedy took another payment out . They need pulled off the internet . Only reason I trusted it is because it says they are Microsoft affiliated. NEVER AGAIN
