we purchased bids which cost us $128 and found that when we bid day or night automated bids always appeared and out bid us weather it was day or night we really think this is a scam and want our money back what can we do this site should be taken off and whats with the trusted with ur credit details omg thats a worry

I would like to make you aware that our website is advertised around the world and placing bids late at night will have no effect on user demand. We have a strong customer base in every continent which is why we do not pause auctions at any set times.
In regards to your comment "trusted with ur credit details omg thats a worry" we DO NOT hold or process your credit card details. All payments are processed by MoneyBookers or PayPal.
We strive to create a fair auction environment as shown in our Fair Auction Guarantee and we always encourage you to contact us if you feel you've experienced a problem with any auction, your items delivered from us or any website technical problem.
As shown in over 90% of the complaints listed on this website, simple user misunderstandings can create the false illusion that our website is a scam. Such as not realizing that each bid placed costs and that you do not receive your bids back if you don't win.
Occasionally, customers who make a purchase and do not win an auction will feel like we have done something wrong. We do not guarantee any customer will win with their purchased bid package. User participation influences the outcome of all of our auctions.
