I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks from birkenstockonlineoutlet.com and stupidly enough, I looked through everything on the website after I made the order and found it very suspicious as they said they would charge me 10% cancellation fees! Also there is no other way to contact them except for an online form! Also no phone number! After I paid, I got an email from SSBillpay saying my order was confirmed. I clicked onto the SSBillpay website and tried to submit a complaint form, but every time I clicked submit, an error page would pop up. Also, I tried calling the number on the website but it was not in service! I am so annoyed!! I want my money back! Theres nothing really I can do!
