El Greco Diner allows tow truck co Custom Wreckers to tow cars out of his parking lot but charges the towed victim $300. The owner of El Greco Diner said its okay they doing what they are supposed to do. The DCA law says to charge no more than $135 which is even written on their Warning signs they have up. If you have been scammed for more money by these tow truck ppl then you need to contact DCA dept call 311.
