placed an order for a camera on the 18th of July a week or so later got an email saying they could not process my order until I called them I called and it was a sales pitch for a supposedly better battery I should have known better but I added it on..I called to get a status on my order and was told it had been sent to the warehouse to ship....having not heard from them I called to get a tracking number so I would be home when it was delivered but no one could give me the number called the next day and they told me it took 10-14 days to ship from the warehouse after waiting two weeks I called again only to be told it was a special order and has not come in yet this was on the 14th of august 2013 they said it should ship the following week that is when I told them cancel the order and credit my card they said 7-10 days to credit my card...called again on friday the 30th they told me then that it takes 10-14 days to credit my card...called again today the 4th of September and was told that the terminal they use to refund a card is down and not working and they will cut me a check that I am supposed to get within two weeks...this is the sorriest company I have ever dealt with all I want is the money that is owed me.
