Well I ordered this product online which said I would get 4 bottles free and only had to pay shipping which was only one or two bucks. Which was a week or so ago. I did not receive an email confirmation with my purchase like I am suppose to. When I got home today I received the bottles. I opened the package and pulled out the paper and saw I was charged $148.96. I immediately called the customer service number 855-847-8511. I asked why I am being charged and she said I have to pay of after the 10 day trial which is going to end soon. I just got the product and haven't opened it yet how did the trial even start. She said j need to cancel it and send the bottles back. I told her I will send them back now and I expect my money to be back in my account immediately. Put me on hold and when she came back she said she could only give me $25 and I had to open the bottles and put damage on them and return it. I told her no I want the money back so she said $50 and I can keep it. Again I said no then she said $75. I said no again and told her I want my money back and I want to talk to the supwrvisor. The lady said she was in a meeting, its 9 at night there is no way the supervisor is in a meeting. She ended up putting me on hold for ten minutes! Came back and said it will be a while before she is out of the meeting. I knew she was full of it. Anyways she told me they will call me back once they are done. It has been an hour! No call. I am furious ! I expect all my money back and I am keeping the product after this!
