I ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress from their very professional website. When I received it two weeks later, all the way from China. I thought it was an American company. It was the wrong colour and the wrong size. I had ordered an 8 which is always a little large for me but I could have altered it to fit. It was even smaller than a size 6. By the way the size is 'cleverly' not marked on the dress, nor on the packaging.

I emailed them. Each time the responder had a different name. They offered me $20 as compensation or (you would have to laugh at this) they offered 15% reduction on another dress!

I never expected to be ripped off like that. I may accept the offer of $20 but whether I'll ever receive it is another matter. Scammed totally.
